Come and discover our luxurious Belle villa of 300 m² of interior, and enjoy an exceptional setting thanks to its terrace and its immense exterior of 1000 m². Located just 5 minutes from downtown Nancy, we would love to welcome you for all your events and stays.
Present on 3 levels, the villa Belle was redone during the year 2022.
1000€ per night for 6 people.
Available daily for professional requests from 500€ for 10 to 12 people.
The ground floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and TV, a bathroom with shower as well as a separate toilet. On this same floor you will have access to a children’s playroom in which you will find a sofa bed for 2 people.
You will have access to an outside with a swimming pool composed of 6 deckchairs, a lunch table for 6 people, a small garden furniture and an open parking with the possibility of parking 2 cars.
The first floor overlooks a beautiful open and equipped kitchen. Connecting to the dining room, with a TV and two sofas, this one gives a breathtaking view of Nancy. The kitchen is open to a veranda in which you will find a dining table for 14 people. It gives you direct access to the huge garden. In the garden, a corner is arranged with outdoor furniture to relax as well as games for children (swing, slides).
Floor 1 is also composed of an office, a master bedroom, a bathroom with two sinks and a separate toilet.
The second floor opens onto a pretty small entrance in which you will find two children’s bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower and bath.
Children’s rooms are only available for photo shoots.
We invite you to leave the pool in a clean condition otherwise, 300 euros will be deducted from your deposit.
A concierge service/ private driver service/ photographers/ cooks and caterers are available.
